Click in the Inadequacies box at the yello star and write text in the field Description. Choose the responsible company from the list. Enter the date, when the responsible contractor have to clear away the inadequacy. You can add photos of the inadequacies whith comments and relate each photo to the responsible company.
The boxes Hindrances, Delays and Raised concerns work in the same way.
In the box Inadequacies (general) you can enter all inadequacies, where the autor isn't (yet) known or nobody of the companies is responsible.
