Click in the Important contruction measures box at the yello star and write text in the field Description. Choose a company or person from the list. Enter the necessary information. Enter the time spent and the responsible contractor, too.
If you have given Instructions and/or ordered people to refrain, you can note here what happened and who your contact was. Use the Instructions box in the same way as the Important contruction measures box.
