Data recorded with our software, such as construction logs and defect documentation and address lists that may contain personal data, is sent through the appropriate third-party server when using automatic sync via Google Drive or Dropbox. The data registered by the user is stored on the servers of the third-party providers. The data protection declarations of Google and Dropbox apply here. Users of these services are referred to the relevant privacy policies of these third parties.
With the BauSkript app for Android offered on Google Play, personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses of persons involved in construction can be recorded. It is the software user's responsibility whether this data is entered in detail or, if necessary, anonymously. Users of our software are cautioned to coordinate the issue of data collection with the respective data subjects and, if necessary, obtain their consent.
By using Google Drive and Dropbox, you expressly consent to these third-party providers collecting and processing your personal data in the BauSkript app in accordance with their data protection regulations.
Applications for Android and iOS
The app collects device location data for the sole purpose of retrieving weather data and including it in the daily construction report. This function is not used in the background.
With your permission, the app can access your phone book or contact details to store them in the program as company data. Any other use of your phone book or contact data by the application is excluded. Phone book or contact details are considered personal or sensitive user data in accordance with our data protection declaration and will only be processed accordingly with your express consent.
With your permission, the app can access your camera and photos to insert and store them in the program as construction site photos in the report. Any other use of your photos by the application is excluded. With your permission, the app can access your microphone to store audio recordings in the program as descriptions in the daily report. Any other use of your microphone by the app is excluded. The application can, with your permission, find accounts on the device (Google Drive, Dropbox) and add or remove accounts to sync the data captured in the build report. By using the application, you are deemed to have consented to the aforementioned access. However, you have the option to deny these rights during installation or revoke them later.
The app does not use any user data for tracking, research, or marketing purposes and is ad-free.
Collection and processing of personal data
